THE CONTEST: The Sponsor is promoting the concept of educational choice by asking Kentucky schools to encourage their community (parents, teachers and students) to post pictures on social media during the first weeks of the fall semester along with the hashtag #myschoolchoicecontest and the name of their school and city.

Sponsor will award a Grand Prize of $500.00 to the school with the most verified posts. The school with the second most verified posts will receive a Second Prize award of $300.00 and the school with the third most verified posts will receive a Third Prize award of $200.00.  In the event of a tie for any prize or prizes, the corresponding prizes will be added together and split evenly amongst the tied schools.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding verified and disqualified posts are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All posts must be posted during the Contest Submission Period. Posts made before or after the Contest Submission Period will be disqualified.

JUDGING: The evaluation of social media posts will be conducted in two stages: (1) Review of all submissions to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and conformity with the theme of the Contest; (2) counting the total number of eligible and verified social media posts related to each participating school.  Judges will be comprised of representatives from Sponsor.  Chance and luck play no part in the selection of the winning schools.

Winning schools will be notified by email and telephone. At least three (3) attempts over two (2) business days will be made to contact each winning school. If a winning school cannot be contacted by telephone or email by Insert Date, Sponsor has the right to disqualify a winning school and to select, in its sole and absolute discretion, another school as a winning school using the same criteria that was used to choose the original winning school.
