Kentucky General Assembly Passes School Choice Amendment

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Mar. 15, 2024) – Today the Kentucky Senate passed House Bill 2, clearing a path for all parents to choose the best education for their children. Below is a statement from Moe Lundrigan, President of EdChoice Kentucky on passage of the bill:

“Putting a school choice amendment on the ballot is another great step in the General Assembly’s ongoing work to support every Kentucky child, whether they need public or nonpublic learning.
